Bodyattack or HELL as I refer to it
Tonight I will be going through hell for an hour. I’ll go do a Bodyattack class. I’t high intensity cardio paired with some bodyweight exercises. This class is so exhausting that when the trainer commands us to run I feel relief because the is the ‘chill’ part <3
Step by step I am trying to eat more healthy again but it takes some time to get back to my super healthy me so my priority right now is working out!
Fresh Start
I needed a break, just a quick break to get back in tune with myself. Today I feel like I am back. I feel good and energised and am motivated again.
After weeks of stress, pressure and far too many tasks to fulfill I am good again.
Today I thought I’ll take some time for myself and create a workout plan so that I can work on achieving the strong, toned and lean body I want!
I think I’ll do a mixture of Tracy Anderson and Bodyrock plus some of my much loved dance cardio!
I’ll do the Zen-Habits 30 Day Exercise Challenge to get back into working out.
This feels good!
